Programs: Paint Shop Pro, I'm using version 10. Animation Shop 3.
Plugin : Gradient Glow by Eye Candy 4000 and  Lokas Software: 3D Shadow.
Font used: Quickier Demo
Tube of choice: I'm using Fairy 3 by Al Rio from SATC.
Scrap Kit : I'm using "Sweet Spring" by Tiny Turtle Design from SATC
Mask: 0126SS

Save your tag often. Nothing like working long and hard on a tag and PSP crashes.

Open paper 16 and duplicate. Close original.
Re-size by 90%, 72 dpi.
Duplicate layer and change blend mode to Multiply.
Merge visible.
Apply mask of choice or mine 0126. Merge group. Duplicate and change blend mode to Multiply again.
Merge together.
Copy and paste tube as a new layer. Re-size by 90% and move up a little.
Copy and paste element 169 and re-size by 84%, sharpen and position in front of your tube at the bottom.
Add drop shadow.
V=9
H=-11
Opacity=66
Blur=9
Copy and paste element 25 and re-size by 30%. Position to left side of your tube.
Copy and paste element 127 and re-size by 55%. Position behind tube and over her head. Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste element 148 and re-size by 55%. Position behind main flower layer and to the right. Add drop shadow.
Activate tube layer.
Copy and paste element 109. Position behind main flower layer and to the left side of tag. Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste element 85 and re-size by 45%. Position behind bear layer and to the right. Add drop shadow.
Repeat for element 16.
Repeat for element 50. First time re-size by 40% and move behind tube and position right upper hand side of tag.
Do again but re-size by 50% and mirror. Move more to the left hand side. Add drop shadow to both layers.
Add bird element 35, re-size by 25%. Add drop shadow.

Merge all visible.
Add artist Copyright.

For the name, select your text tool and choose font of choice or Quickier Demo.
Size: 177, Bold.
Background color: #e0c7f4
Foreground color: null
Type your name out.
Covert to raster layer.
Duplicate layer. On top layer add following drop shadow:
V=-1
H=-8
Opacity=74
Blur=11
Checked mark next to: Shadow on seperate layer.
On the bottom text layer, go to Eye Candy, Gradient Glow:
Under Color ta, select FAT.
Under Basic tab, enter 5 for width, 2 for soft corners and 100 for Opacity. Check Draw Outside Selection.
Go to Lokas Software, 3D Shadow:
Blur: 29     Transparency: 56
Angle X: 0    Angle Y:0
Angel Z: 0     Zoom: 99
Offset X: 2    Offset Y: 15
Perspective: 64    Color: Black

Merge name layers together.

Merge all visible and save as PNG.
