Save your tag often. Nothing like working long and hard on a tag and PSP crashes.

Open a new image 730 x 600.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and re-size by 70% and 72 dpi. Make sure when re-sizing from this point on that you always checked and change to 72 dpi.

Copy and paste element 46 as a new layer and re-size by 45%. Position in the lower right hand side of tag.

Copy and paste element 57 as a new layer and re-size by 60%. Position in background behind your tube layer and on the right side of tag.

Copy and paste element 106 as a new layer and re-size by 60%. Mirror and position on left side of tag, near your tube.

Activate your top layer in layers palette.

Copy and paste element 49 as a new layer and re-size by 30%. Position at your tube's feet near the kitten element.

Copy and paste element 131 as a new layer and re-size by 70%. Position in upper right hand corner of tag.

Open element 132 and duplicate. Re-size by 80%. Close original. Open your tube close up. I used the grey version (black and white).
Copy and paste as a new layer and send to bottom. Using your mover tool, position her face where you'd like within the frame.
Using your Magic wand, feather 0, mode add shift and anti-alias checked, click inside the frame, (make sure you're on frame layer).
Go to selections, modify, expand by 10.
Go to selections, invert. Activate your close up layer and hit delete on keyboard.
Add a new Raster layer and send to bottom.
Go to selections, invert.

Open paper 10 and copy.
Back to the frame now. Go to Edit> paste> Paste into selection. Should of pasted on the raster layer you just added.
Selections>select none.

On close up layer change blend mode to Overlay.
Add drop shadow to your frame.

Go to Edit, Copy Merged.

On your tag now, paste as a new layer. Re-size by 76%.
Go to Image, free rotate, to the left, by 13 degrees.
Go to Adjust, Sharpness, sharpen.
Add drop shadow and move this to the left side of tag.

Copy and paste element 102 as a new layer and re-size by 34%. Position in front of tube on the left side.
Copy and paste element 101 as a new layer and re-size by 46%. Position in front of tube on the left side near wine glass.
Copy and paste element 34 as a new layer and re-size by 88%. Position behind your frame on the left side of tag.
If you need to enlarge your canvas because of cut off, do so now, we can re-size later.

Copy and paste element 58 as a new layer. Position behind the frame.
Duplicate and re-size by 76% and free rotate by 13 degrees to the right.
Move so it's peeking out from the right side of the frame. Sharpen.

Copy and paste element 48 as a new layer and move out from behind your frame layer to the right side.

Copy and paste element 10 as a new layer and re-size by 28%. Move to left side in front of wine glass and bottle.
Copy and paste element 47 as a new layer and re-size by 28%. Move to right lower hand side by the kitty's pillow.

Copy and paste rs moon as a new layer. Re-size by 30%.
Drag this to bottom and position in the upper right hand side of tag.

Add drop shadow to each and every layer starting from the bottom.
As you add your drop shadow, merge your layers down one at a time.
So every layer that is behind your tube layer should be merged together and every layer above your tube should be layered together.
Top layer should include your tube layer.

Add mask layer if you like. I used paper 13 and Mask 0127.
Merge group and duplicate. Merge together and duplicate.
Sharpen top Mask and change blend mode to Multiply.
Merge together.

You may now re-size your tag by 80%. Sharpen if you lose detail.

Now to animate.
Making sure your bottom merged layer is selected,
Go to Selections, select all.
Go to Edit and copy. Paste as a new animation in Animation Shop.
Hold your Ctrl key down and repeatedly hit letter L on your keyboard for a total of 16 frames.
You can watch the count on the lower right hand side of your screen in AS.
Open SimoneAni-Helen-001
Go to Edit, select all.
Go to Edit, copy.

Activate your tag.
Go to Edit, select all.
Go to Edit, make sure Propagate Paste is selected.
Go to Edit, Paste, paste into selected frames.

Position on your tag and click into place.

Go back to PSP now and highlight (activate) your top layer and copy.
Paste as a NEW animation in AS.
Go to Edit, copy.

Activate your tag.
Go to Edit, Paste, paste into selected frames.

Play and save.
Don't forget to add your name.
Color I used for the name is : #a9a394 with 100% noise.

To save:
Go to File, Save as, enter the name of your file and select the folder to save to.
Now click on Customize:
Under COLORS TAB:
Number of colors: 255 Colors
Create palette by: OPTIMIZED OCTREE
Reduce colors by: Error Diffusion
Under OPTIMIZATIONS TAB:
set a check mark beside the second, third and forth choices. UN-check the 1st and last.
Under PARTIAL TRANSPARENCY:
check Convert pixels less than 92
Yes, blend with this color: change to white #FFFFFF
Click OK. Click Next, next, next, next.
Play your animation.
At times your animation may or will come out terrible. Optimization in Animation Shop is not the greatest.
You can play around will your settings, especially under the Tab: Optimization. I change this setting at times from anywhere between 70 and 100.
Some people add a white background.  To add background, go to Animation: Animation Properties, select Opaque and change color to white.

From the kit "Beach Retreat Sampler" open Mask-GI_BeachRetreatSampler. Duplicate and close original.
Re-size canvas to 800 x 800. We will re-size at the end.

Copy and paste tube as a new layer and re-size by 40%. Move lower on your canvas. Drop shadow: V=1,

H=2, Opacity=74, Blur=10, Color=black.

Copy and paste Frame4 as a new layer and re-size by 70%.

Open Paper2 and copy.
On your canvas, using your magic wand tool, settings set to tolerance 0 and feather 9, click inside frame. Go to Selections, modify, expand by 10.
Click on the mask layer and right click paste as a new layer.
Using your mover tool, position your paper where you'd like within the frame. Go to Selections, Invert and hit delete on your keyboard.
Go to Selections, select all and go to Edit, crop to selection.
Add drop shadow to frame4. I used: V=1, H=3, Opacity=66, Blur=17, Color=black.

Copy and paste Grass as a new layer. Re-size by 85%. Move to the left and behind your tube. Duplicate and

mirror. Merge together and add drop shadow. Drop shadow: V=1, H=2, Opacity=47, Blur=10, Color=black.

Copy and paste WordArt2 as a new layer "Down at the Beach" and position at top of your frame and in layers palette drag layer below your tube layer.

Copy and paste Seagull as a new layer. Re-size by 45%. Position in upper right hand side of tag. Add drop shadow.

Activate your bottom mask layer.

Copy and paste Palm as a new layer and move to the left hand side of tag. Add drop shadow.
V=1, H=4, Opacity=47, Blur=5.8, Color=black.

Using your crop tool, select : Snap Crop Rectangle to: Merged Opaque.

Merge visible. Re-size your tag by 90%.
Duplicate your mask layer and add noise: Random checked and 5%.
Add artist copyright information.

Add your name.
Font used is LD Mosquito. Color used is : #63b2a4
Applied gradient glow by Eye Candy with color set to FAT.
First color box is : #873313
Second color remains white.
Now set the width to 4.
Added a drop shadow.
Merge all visible and save as a png.

Open a new image 700 x 650.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Re-size by 80% and add drop shadow. Move low towards bottom of tag.
C/P element 65 as a new layer and re-size by 65%. Position behind tube and on right side. Add drop shadow.
C/P element 37 as a new layer and re-size by 65%. Position behind tube and on left side. Add drop shadow.
C/P element 1 as a new layer and re-size by 40%. Position puppy on crate. Duplicate and mirror. Position in front of tube and

by her arm. Add drop shadow to each puppy.
C/P element 11 as a new layer and re-size by 40%. Position facing her face, on the left side of tag. Add drop shadow.
C/P element 31 as a new layer. Position behind the other tree on it's left side.
If you need to increase your canvas size at this time, go ahead. I made mine 900 x 900.
This is temporary until we re-size at the end.

C/P element 61 as a new layer and re-size by 60%. Move behind your tube's feet/legs on the right side of tag.
Duplicate and move to middle of tag and behind the crate.
Duplicate and mirror. Move to the edge of crate on the left side of tag.
Add drop shadow to each layer.

C/P element 64 as a new layer and re-size by 70%. Mirror and position above the puppy on the crate. Add drop shadow.
C/P element 63 as a new layer and re-size by 50%. Move to left side of tag and place on edge of crate. Add drop shadow.
C/P element 75 as a new layer. Move to bottom of tag behind the crate. Duplicate and move this layer in front of crate. Add drop shadow to each.
C/P element 49 as a new layer and move behind crate and in front of the evergreen tree. Duplicate and merge together.
C/P element 93 as a new layer and re-size by 22%. Duplicate and merge down. Move to right lower hand side. Add drop shadow.
C/P element 7 as a new layer and re-size by 50%. Move to lower right hand side. Add drop shadow.
C/P element 29 as a new layer. Move to top of canvas. In layers palette send to bottom.
C/P element 3 as a new layer and re-size by 70%. Move to right side of tag. This should be your last layer.
Activate your crate layer and duplicate. Re-size by 70% and mirror. Position it so it covers the bottom area of your castle.
Add drop shadow.
C/P element 45 as a new layer. This should be your top layer. Position sparkles so they don't cover tube's face.
C/P paper 1 as a new layer and move to bottom. Crop merged opaque.
Apply mask 0107 to the paper. Merge group. Duplicate and merge down.

Starting from your top layer, merge all elements down one at a time until you get to the tube. Include the tube in this layer.
X-out.
Merge all visible.
Crop your tag and re-size by 80%.
Add artist copyright and merge down.
Add your name and save as PNG.

If animating, go to Selections, select ALL.
Activate the bottom layer and copy.
Paste as a new Animation in Animation Shop.
Hold your Ctrl key down and repeatedly hit letter L on your keyboard for a total of 16frames.
You can watch the count on the lower right hand side of your screen in AS.
Open SimoneAni320
Go to Edit, select all.
Go to Edit, copy.

Activate your tag.
Go to Edit, select all.

Position on your tag and click into place. I pasted this animation 3 times. Once in between the black crow and puppy on crate.

Again near tree and castle and then lower down by her buttocks.

Activate your tag.
Go to Edit, Paste, paste into selected frames.
Position as best as you can, the way it looked on your tag in PSP. Click into place.

Play and save.

To save:
Go to File, Save as, enter the name of your file and select the folder to save to.
Now click on Customize:

Open element 23 and duplicate. Close original.
Using your magic wand, tolerance set to 10, feather set to 0, click inside the frame.
Go to Selections, modify, expand by 10.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Add a drop shadow to your frame.
Now using your lasso tool, set to Point to Point, feather set to 1, click around the bottom portion of your frame which is directly behind the legs on your tube. Now promote selection to layer and drag this layer above your tube in layers palette. Before you De-select activate your frame layer and hit delete on keyboard.
Now on your tube layer, select the legs that are poking out below the frame and delete those.

Now select your crop tool and in the options "snap crop rectangle to: " choose Merged Opaque and apply.
Go to Image, Canvas size and enter 700 x 700. For placement, click on the center diamond and click OK.

Copy and paste element 28 as a new layer and move to bottom. Center behind your frame. Add drop shadow.
Using your lasso tool again, point to point, select the right sided branches and promote selection to layer. Drag this layer above the frame layer but below the tube layer.

C/P element 105 as a new layer behind your frame. Since your frame is chopped up you can't click inside so using your lasso tool again, just click around about half way thru the frame portion but all around and go to selections, invert. delete the extra. Add a paper of choice also at this time. Delete the extra. Now de-select.

C/P element 26 and re-size by 50%. Move below your tube and above your frame. Position to the left upper hand side of frame. Add drop shadow.

C/P element 99 as a new layer. Move below your tube and above the promoted branch layer. Position to the right side of tag. Add drop shadow.

C/P element 19 and re-size by 50%. Move to bottom of tag in front of frame and tube. Add drop shadow.
Repeat for element 16, but re-size by 46%. Position to the right of 1st flower. Add drop shadow.

C/P element 11 and move to bottom layer. Position high on tag, add drop shadow.

C/P element 104 as a new layer. Using selection tool, remove the pole. Re-size by 46% and position little house on right upper hand side of frame. Add drop shadow.
Repeat for element 34, re-size by 50% and move to bottom of frame. Add drop shadow.

C/P element 30 as a new layer and re-size by 50%. Position behind one of your bottom flowers. Add drop shadow.
C/P element 29 as a new layer. Move to bottom. Position to far left side. Duplicate and mirror.
Duplicate and re-size by 50%, position a little lower. Repeat for other side.

Open Paper 13, duplicate and apply mask of choice or Mask 0124. Merge group. Copy and paste as a new layer on your tag and send to bottom.

Close mask and paper.

C/P element 21 as new layer and re-size by 60%. Move to bottom right hand side of tag. Add drop shadow.
Add a few flowers to the pail. I used 15 and 20. Re-size them and duplicate. You can free rotate them and move around. Add a nice light drop shadow with a blur of 15.

Add the white kittens. I re-sized by 64%. Tuck them in behind the flowers. Add a light drop shadow.
C/P element 83 as a new layer. Re-size by 50%. Move this layer to just above the grass layer. Add drop shadow and position more to the right side of tag.
Add artist copyright, URL and license number.
Merge visible.
Add your name and save as PNG.

 Save your tag often. Nothing like working long and hard on a tag and PSP crashes.

Open a new Image size 770 x 650. You can re-size later if you choose to.
Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E95 as a new layer on your canvas.
Close original.
Duplicate your layer. On your duplicated layer, add (random) noise of 60% and change your Blend Mode to "Hard Light".
On the original layer add drop shadow: V & H =0  Opacity = 80  Blur = 2  Color =black.
Merge these two layers together.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E13 as a new layer on your canvas. Re-size by 90%.  Nudge it slightly to the right and make

sure it's up nice and high on your canvas. You will want to see it peeking out at the top. Duplicate, merge down and add same drop shadow.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E47 as a new layer on your canvas and move it to the upper right hand corner of canvas.
Duplicate your layer. On original layer ass same drop shadow as before. Merge top layer down.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E37 as a new layer on your canvas.  Move to the left of Eiffel tower. Add drop shadow.
V =-1  H = 2  Opacity = 82  Blur = 6  Color =black.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E56 as a new layer on your canvas. Re-size by 60%.  Move to the left of tag in front of tree.

Add drop shadow. V =-2  H = 5  Opacity = 82  Blur = 6  Color =black.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E69 as a new layer on your canvas. Re-size by 70%.  Move to the right of tag. Add drop

shadow. V =0  H = 2  Opacity = 82  Blur = 4  Color =black.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E62 as a new layer on your canvas. Re-size by 25%.  Move to the left upper hand side. Add

drop shadow. V =0  H = 4  Opacity = 60  Blur = 5  Color =black.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E36 as a new layer on your canvas.  Move to the left hand side of tag, behind the house.
Duplicate and move to the right.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E61 as a new layer on your canvas.  Move to the left hand side of tag, in front of  house and hill. Re-size by 25% add drop shadow V =0  H = 4  Opacity = 60  Blur = 5  Color =black.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E34 as a new layer on your canvas. Place in center of tag and slightly lower then the fence.
See tag for reference.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E68 as a new layer on your canvas. Place horse to the right side of tag. See tag for reference.

Add drop shadow V =-1  H = -4  Opacity = 60  Blur = 13  Color =black.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E12 as a new layer on your canvas. Place yellow grass in center of tag. It should be behind the horse layer. Re-size by 80%. Add drop shadow V =-1  H = -4  Opacity = 60  Blur = 5  Color =black.
Duplicate and re-size by 80% again. Move to the left side of tag and behind the house layer.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E41 as a new layer on your canvas. Place this element on right side of tag. It should be in

front of the horse layer. Re-size by 80%. Add drop shadow V =-1  H = -4  Opacity = 60  Blur = 5  Color =black.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E55 as a new layer on your canvas. Re-size by 60%. Place this element in front of the horse

layer and it should be around his shoulder area.  Duplicate and merge down. Add drop shadow V =-1  H = -4  Opacity = 60  Blur = 5  Color =black.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E93 as a new layer on your canvas. Re-size by 35%. Place this element above the horse layer and it should be up over his. Add drop shadow V =-1  H = -4  Opacity = 60  Blur = 5  Color=black.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E11 as a new layer on your canvas. Re-size by 80%. Place this element to the left side of tag
in front of fence. Add drop shadow V =-1  H = -4  Opacity = 60  Blur = 5  Color =black.

Open, copy and paste SkyScraps-Fresh-E9 as a new layer on your canvas. Re-size by 30-40%. Do about 4 of these and scatter them
along the bottom of tag. Add drop shadow V =-1  H = -4  Opacity = 60  Blur = 5  Color =black. Make sure you put about 2-3 of them by the horse back leg, see my tag.

Repeat and do the same for E3. Make sure you place one by the horse's back leg. One will be in front of tube later on.

Copy and paste element 97 as a new layer and re-size by 30%. Place on horse's head. Add this drop shadow:
V =-3  H = -1  Opacity = 60  Blur = 5  Color =black.

On element 11 will select only the rocks and the sand. So grab your lasso tool, set Point to Point, with a feather of 8.
Click around the grass and delete. Copy the rocks & sand that's left over. So what we are trying to do here is add some sand and some rocks to the bottom of tag to make it look like a sandy beach is starting. So have fun with this part. You can re-size, you can mirror, etc...

Add your tube of choice, and re-size if you need too. Add drop shadow.
I added the little bunny and the windmill as well. You can pick and choose from the elements what you'd like to add.
There's a very cute little puppy as well.

Merge all visible and save as PNG.
Add name, I used font Olivier.
